In our Cobalt Blue Skirt Set, we see signature Vaishali S cording transform into hand-embroidered flowers that project from the neckline and the waist of the bandeau-style bodice. The skirt comes in two-pieces: a plain flared skirt with cording at the hem, and a fringe-like corded upper layer. In the first picture, Instagram Influencer Aureta styles the top with the fringe layer of the skirt for a more resort look!
