Production Defects:
In the rare event of a production defect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and determine whether adjustments or repairs are needed. If our team authorizes the return due to a defect, the following conditions will apply:
- Repair Timeline: Vaishali S Couture will have up to 4 weeks to fix any defects, starting from the day the defective order is received by our team.
- Shipping & Duties: If a return is authorized, all shipping and duties costs related to returning the garment to us and shipping it back to you will be the customer’s responsibility.
