IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. As we custom make all our products, we aim to dispatch all orders within six weeks with the exception of sale periods where it may take up more time. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders will take about 4-6 weeks. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

INSURANCE

Vaishali S insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Vaishali S and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Vaishali S, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, you have 48 hours to inform us of any Manufacturing fault.

Manufacturing fault: Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Vaishali S, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one or we will fix your current product within four weeks’ time of your exchange request. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible, we will fix or re-make the item you purchased.

Incorrect size: We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at vaishali.sstudio1@gmail.com. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We allow for alterations on a product only once and any shipping fee will be on the costumer.

Returning items by post or courier: If you return your item(s) by post or courier,

  • please email us at vaishali.sstudio1@gmail.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) and please fill in the form here: (Return and exchange form) Please ensure the returned merchandise is securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. Vaishali S cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Vaishali S tags.

At Vaishali S Couture, each piece is designed with care, using bespoke craftsmanship and artisanal fabrics to deliver unique, high-quality garments. To ensure a smooth ordering process, please review our policy below:

1. Placing an Order

  • Online Orders: Orders can be placed through our official website at www.vaishali-s.com.
  • WhatsApp Orders: Orders can also be placed via our dedicated WhatsApp chat for personalized assistance.
  • In-Store Orders: You can visit us at our boutiques in Mumbai or Paris to place an order in person.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure all details are accurate.
  • Any errors in the order details should be reported immediately to our customer service team.

3. Payment Terms

  • All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms and bank/wire transfers.
  • For in-store orders, we also accept cash payments.

4. Customization and Lead Time

  • All Vaishali S Couture garments are custom-made. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once production begins, no changes to the order can be made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  • All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • If you wish to cancel your order you must connect with our costumers service team immediately.

7. Alteration

  • At Vaishali S Couture, each garment is custom-made to your unique body measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • In the rare instance that the garment does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration session, provided it is requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Any additional alterations will incur a charge.
  • Please note that all shipping costs and any applicable customs fees related to alterations are the responsibility of the client.
  • The lead time for alterations is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive the order back at our Headquarters in Mumbai India.

Production Defects:

In the rare event of a production defect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and determine whether adjustments or repairs are needed. If our team authorizes the return due to a defect, the following conditions will apply:

  • Repair Timeline: Vaishali S Couture will have up to 4 weeks to fix any defects, starting from the day the defective order is received by our team.
  • Shipping & Duties: If a return is authorized, all shipping and duties costs related to returning the garment to us and shipping it back to you will be the customer’s responsibility.

*VAISHALI S THREADSTORIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
