This month, our founder, Vaishali Shadangule, had the pleasure of being invited to talk at TedXBocconiUMumbai. Narrating her journey from a sheltered small-town girl running from home all the way to her accolades as the first Indian female fashion designer to be a part of the Paris Haute Couture display, her story and passion for Indian weaves sends chills down any aspiring fashion designer's spine. She further discusses the discouragement that she constantly faced from the cynical world around her, and how she had channelled this into an ever-present fuel that pushes her to work as hard, and as unconventionally as possible.
