SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Order times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. As we custom make all our products, we aim to dispatch all orders within six weeks with the exception of sale periods where it may take up more time. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders will take about 4-6 weeks. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Free shipping is offered to customers all across India.
Vaishali S insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Vaishali S and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Vaishali S, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, you have 30 days from the day of receipt to return your goods in the following given scenarios:
Manufacturing fault: Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Vaishali S, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks’ time of your exchange request. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible, we will re-make the item you purchased.
Incorrect size: We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returning items by post or courier: If you return your item(s) by post or courier,
- please email us at email@example.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) and please fill in the form here: (Return and exchange form) Please ensure the returned merchandise is securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. Vaishali S cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
