How do I know what size to order?
We have a size chart linked to each product for your reference, but in case you need further assistance, please feel get in touch with our team.

 

Payment

Do you accept payment after delivery?
While we are flexible about the process of purchase, we can only begin making an order after the full payment has been received. 


Cancellations

If I've placed an order, can I cancel it?
Given that production on pieces starts almost immediately, Vaishali S does not accept refunds or cancellations of orders, especially in the case of customizations. However, in the case of exceptional cases, we don't mind scheduling a meeting to discuss changes in the design of the order.

 

Shipping and Delivery*

What are the shipping charges?
Vaishali S offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders within India, whilst shipping is calculated based on end-destination, weight and dimensions for all international orders. 

When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are shipped 4-6 weeks or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to the courier company/post office norms.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your garment has been shipped, our team will be in touch with you with a tracking ID that will be continuously updated.

How do you ship international orders?
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only to assure that your garment is treated with care throughout the delivery process. 

 

Returns

What is Vaishali S' return policy?
Vaishali S prioritizes quality checks throughout the production process, with an extensive check-through before we pack all of our pieces. We therefore don't accept returns or exchanges on products, with very few exceptions. 

 

Garment Aftercare

I've worn my Vaishali S piece, how do I take care of it now?
All of our garments are dry clean only! Make sure to store your piece within the Vaishali S garment bag given to you to keep it safe from sunlight and moisture.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, and then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

 

*VAISHALI S THREADSTORIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Our Weavers

In the last decade, we can proudly say that VAISHALI S Couture has become a modern window into the world of Indian luxury craftsmanship. Since 2001, we have explored the Indian states of Assam, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka and rediscovered over 15 different weaving techniques. We wish to continue this journey to discover all the hand­weaving traditions of India and the World.

Our Weaves and Textures

We at VAISHALI S Couture take pride in the fact that each one of our fabrics is thoughtfully engineered by our creative director. Only through textiles woven by hand we are able to create different intricate motives and patterns. Furthermore, we actively work on cutting down our supply chain to allow our weavers to be paid above the norm and give them respect, personal interaction, and recognition.

Vaishali S Couture consistently focuses on elevating the status of female weavers across the country, empowering and enabling them to make informed choices that progressively and sustainably enrich their lives. Since 2001, Vaishali S has adopted over 3000 families across India, aiming to support them and create a society that will guarantee their livelihood for the years to come.

About Vaishali Shadangule

Our Founder and creative director.


Vaishali Shadangule draws inspiration from her ability to observe and listen while letting her designs speak for themselves. Born in the small town of Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, Vaishali realized her passion at a very young age and has been experimenting with hand­woven textiles and their applications for just over two decades. A creative powerhouse, the designer extends her work with textiles to art and design, infusing it with spontaneity and zest.
