Payment
Do you accept payment after delivery?
While we are flexible about the process of purchase, we can only begin making an order after the full payment has been received.
Cancellations
If I've placed an order, can I cancel it?
Given that production on pieces starts almost immediately, Vaishali S does not accept refunds or cancellations of orders, especially in the case of customizations. However, in the case of exceptional cases, we don't mind scheduling a meeting to discuss changes in the design of the order.
Shipping and Delivery*
What are the shipping charges?
Vaishali S offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders within India, whilst shipping is calculated based on end-destination, weight and dimensions for all international orders.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are shipped 4-6 weeks or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to the courier company/post office norms.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your garment has been shipped, our team will be in touch with you with a tracking ID that will be continuously updated.
How do you ship international orders?
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only to assure that your garment is treated with care throughout the delivery process.
Returns
What is Vaishali S' return policy?
Vaishali S prioritizes quality checks throughout the production process, with an extensive check-through before we pack all of our pieces. We therefore don't accept returns or exchanges on products, with very few exceptions.
Garment Aftercare
I've worn my Vaishali S piece, how do I take care of it now?
All of our garments are dry clean only! Make sure to store your piece within the Vaishali S garment bag given to you to keep it safe from sunlight and moisture.

*VAISHALI S THREADSTORIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
